My guest on the Courageous Recovery podcast #24 is Sabine Gedeon from Los Angeles, California. Sabine is a speaker, author, and a coach for ambitious, mission-driven leaders who are looking to find freedom in every aspect of life.

She immigrated with her Dad, from Haiti to the United States, a bit before she turned four years of age. And, Sabine is a survivor of traumatic childhood abuse, who hit rock bottom, becoming deeply depressed and suicidal in her mid-twenties. With very little hope of seeing another day, she experienced a life-changing spiritual encounter with God.

As she grew in faith, Sabine developed a deep desire to find and live out her own life’s purpose, setting out on a journey to uncover her identity and the reason for living. Over the past few years she has helped countless other ambitious, mission-driven professionals do the same.

Her book, “Transformed, The Journey to Becoming” was released this past January and it offers tips on how you can learn to courageously transform your life from the inside out. Her book and her coaching are both centered around four core values: Faith, Courage, Growth, and Impact.

Sabine's passion is to help others grow, develop, and live out the true purpose of their lives. This pursuit has led her to create a signature program, designed to help high-achieving clients navigate the transformation chamber of life and become the best versions of themselves.
